Back from Lihou
After nearly three weeks at the Coral Sea Atolls of Marion and Lihou, we are back inshore, hiding from the mean weather.
Next section of reefs – Townsville to Whitsundays
After saying goodbye to our friends at Magnetic Island, it was time to resume our slow trek south. We might not be sailing much in the light conditions, but we are using the calmness to take a look at the next section of reefs on the 165 nm trip down from Townsville to the Whitsundays.
Waiting for parts!
We have been at Airlie Beach for 12 days waiting for parts we ordered to arrive, one of them critical for us to get away, and as luck would have it, it is the one we still haven’t got. However there is a ‘but’!
