A week in Mackay
Despite our engine service having been completed early, we ended up spending a week in Mackay doing boat maintenance and documentation while the 20-25 knot SE winds were not allowing us to sail south… Might as well use the time!
Ships hitting in the night
We were just about ready to leave Queensland and start our journey south but got delayed again! It has been one thing after another. This time it is ships not passing, but rather hitting in the night!
High and Dry at Mackay
We are high and dry at the Mackay shipyard! We were hauled out last Friday and are now perched on blocks as we re-power Anui and attend to an unexpected discovery.
